Paula’s Chocolate “Fudge” Recipe

4 Tbsp Butter
1 8 oz bar Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 light Philly cream cheese) cut into chunks
1 cup Half and Half
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Splenda
4 squares Ghiradelli 100% cacoa unsweetened chocolate baking bar – broken into smaller pieces.

Melt Butter at low temp in medium sized sauce pan. When butter has melted, add cheese and cream to pan. Whisk until smooth. Add Vanilla and Splenda into cheese mixture and whisk. When mixture is warmed through, add chocolate and whisk until melted. Pour into small buttered dish and chill til solid. Cut into 16 pieces.

These are the macros as far as I can figure out
1 piece (38 gr)
102 Calories
10g Fat
2g Carbs
2g Protein.

It comes out having almost a mousse-like texture to it. You can swirl in a serving of peanut butter into this too.
